4. Client Responsibilities

   • Clients are responsible for:

   • Providing accurate and complete information

   • Responding promptly to requests for additional information

   • Maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials provided

   • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
      

5. Fees and Payment

   • Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing before work commences

   • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance

   • Late payments may incur additional charges
      

6. Confidentiality
   We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.
    

7. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, images, sound clips, and software are the property of Amity Advisory Pte Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
